Though there are some that can be resolved, some you just cannot help. Most of the others on the server will listen, with a few exceptions. This is great that you are doing something about what you want and not just sitting around hoping inspiron will promote you. I just want you to know that not EVERYONE will listen, even if you are trusted. I'm sorry if I discouraged you, being trusted is a privilege, it really is.
