I would like to state that I am sorry for what I've done that was against the rules on the old survival server. I had joked around and stated I was the Owner of the server since in the current Skype call I was in I was told to. It was my fault and I should have taken into consideration that it was against the rules to impersonate the Owner of the server. I waited a while so everyone who was affected by my joke were able to recover and forgive me. My vouchers are: Myself, Mcmanaway1, Symotic, BKreitz, KJP831, djmania and Laskoh. If I do get unbanned I would like to see the progress on the Survival server and play on it once more. Hopefully I can give any helpful suggestions to help the server if I notice any problems.
I know in my previous appeals I said I wouldn't do anything wrong anymore, but at first I didn't think much of what I had done when it happened since I thought of it as a harmless prank, but it turned out badly when Alex banned me. I'm sorry for what I've done, I think this happened about 3 or 4 months ago. Please unban me <3

Another thing is, I noticed my ban says I was abusing donator privileges, I would like to apologize, but sadly I can't remember when or what I had done at the time. Whatever it was, I'm sorry and would love to be unbanned and try to make up for whatever it was I had done. However..... I remember getting on McTopia in August being Trusted so how exactly could I have abused donor privileges without having a donor rank? Sorry for asking for so many unbans its just this server is too fun to give up on, but I've made a lot of mistakes when it comes to listening to friends. (Only Drew makes me make mistakes  " title="Razz">)

Nick, first thing: Mcman can't make you make mistakes, it's your decision, not his. Second: I think you won't be able to come back on. I know a lot of other people who hate you for repeatedly spawn killing/killing them in general. That is why Alex makes the decisions. :3 Yes he does, but you always are getting banned for some reason, and to me it means you really don't care about the rules. I think you will be fine on factions though.

Oh god I just realized something, it seems like the bans were either rolled back or something else. I've learned that indeed I have been banned for "abusing donor privileges" before and the bans must have been rolled back to around that time. Since indeed I didn't have donor before McTopia was changed to 1.8. In other words, I wasn't banned again its just the a old ban came back xD. So jokes on you Epic!

I do not believe you should be unbanned. You continuously break the rules and you are a threat to the enjoyment of all Mctopia's members. You continuously cheat your way into things, you hack, grief, lie, etc. You are aggressive and get angered way too easily. But what does any of this matter, you've already used a program to steal the accounts of other users to gain several side accounts that you can use at your disposal. Even if you do stay banned, you're still going to find a way to hop back on using a different account.

Whoops I almost forgot, you've found a way to push your way past that barrier as well. I guess there's no way from stopping you from coming back. It's just usually, if the world is trying so hard to keep you out, it probably means you aren't meant to be there.

I don't think you should be unbanned. Nearly the only times you show consideration for other players whatsoever, it's to figure out how to piss them off the most. This makes you a horrible influence on the community of the server, and a horrible person to play with. The chance that you'd get banned twice without improvement either time and then be a more pleasant person after your third ban is incredibly slim, especially given the time frame. (This is your third ban by the way, as you were banned for reasons other than the one rolled back reason.) So while perhaps I would support you getting unbanned if impersonation was the only rule you'd broken, instead I'd like to see your ban reason changed to include: harassment, use of a hacked client, griefing, disrespect of staff members, use of the accounts of other McTopians, discrimination/hate speech, placing precious stones in locations which weren't yours, impersonation, and lack of common sense. These are all things you've been previously jailed for or which there are witnesses/evidence, none of which you've been explicitly pardoned for. I'll leave witnesses unnamed due to your tendency to retaliate against anyone who calls you out, but I do hope some will choose to confirm your actions.
