Some ideas to add, but aren't COMPLETELY necessary are:
Cocoa Bean Farm
Rabbit Farm (Its fun to hold a carrot with 20 bunnies)
Horse Stable

The design can be spiced up a bit, but DAAAAAMN that is a good base.
