For example, /realname Mr.Inspiron would show ~Mr.Inspiron is inspironwins

Thinking about it, nick would be fine if only people who are trusted get it. You could apply for Chall's metaphorical "drivers licence" and if you are accepted you can use /nick. Now, that being said, /realname HAS to be a command everyone has, or /nick will be extremely hazardous.
