Lol, he originally said that I was the best Mod, so I quoted him and re-wrote it. I mean, he is a good Mod too so he needs to get a lil credit.

Ah, so, I don't really recommend you at this moment. I would wait a bit if I were you. You can act immaturely and lash out at times, which is something unacceptable for Mod. You recently accused and insulted staff members (Eva and I) then claimed you were leaving. You came back a few hours later, which is good, however outbursts like so aren't extremely helpful.
As for your application, instead of a friends list I would add a vouchers list, it's a bit more effective.

You constantly curse and act rude towards others and I don't think that's the attitude anyone would want as a staff member on a server. Also, you are extremely biased, which isn't helpful when deciding on mute, jail, and kick.
