Deathworlds Moderator Application for 2014.

Hello Mctopians! I have been on Mctopia for almost two years, and I think I should apply for moderator to benefit you guys and not just me.

My Mctopia story started when I logged on around July, Slurp helped me start out by giving me my own plot in /warp Fancyspace, and made a house. Later I got interested into PVP with Lord_Nickolas, specializing in Unarmed of all things and added a sniper tower to my house. I then saw the business skills of mcman, and extended my house to include a shop inside of the neighboring Spacetown. Then finally I sold my house to Mcman for a relatively low price. This represents my evolution on the server, from violence, to management, to charity.

Sometimes when I minding my own business I will see some sort of dispute or chaotic situation that is based around some idea, and I want to solve it but sometimes I am not listened to because of my lack of authority. And that is one of the reasons I wish for you guys to accept my moderator application.

Another reason I want you guys to accept my moderator application is so I can maintain the law of our server. One of my important morals for myself is to respect/enforce law on the server, while maintaining the most fun and humours side of myself. And that is most efficiently achieved by me being a part of the staff.

Let me tell you a story, a long time ago in world 1. The server got corrupted and mass logged people out if they were in world 1, so to help people out while their homes were inaccessible I handed out free supplies in order to build a temporary shelter and defend themselves. I
know I haven’t done anything like this in quite a while but I will be able to do it more often as an moderator.

I know how what commands come with being mod such as /eban and /ekick /mute I would use these to enforce the rules of the server properly and make sure they don't break the rules again.

One of the things that the server will definitely benefit from me being mod is my ability to manage. I own many things that I plan on making more active some of these include,

-Death.Inc (My very own company. "Modernizing your world, today.")
-Newbville (A town for helping people that are new to the server start out)
-The Risque Pig (A bar)
-Death’s world (A town that I actually plan on finishing this year)
-Smeltworld (A branch of Death.Inc that smelts iron/gold for free)

As a Mctopian our tightly knitted community allows me to have many friends. Some of these friends are, Neko, Tobiii1004, Kittens1234, Novastorm42, xXSlurpieXx, Mcmanaway1, Metazard, Emotionalcookie, Challanger420, Silverwolf101, Rachel4526, and so many more I haven’t mentioned.

Once again I must bring up something I hate bringing up, being banned. I got banned for saying some very hurtful things about the server that I never meant nor ever will mean. I said those things because I didn’t know what to say so ill forged words poured out of my mouth like a waterfall.

Onto a more important matter, I love you all and I could never hate any of you because you all bring some sort of balance to this server. I bid you all farewell from the great mind of myself.

I think we have a full quota of Admins, so you'll probably have an easier time applying for mod, then possibly applying for Admin later, but regardless I'll treat the app all the same.

Most of you app length is the double spacing in the friends area, so you need to extend the content of your application, to do this, I recommend doing the following:

-List the 'Admin Only' Commands such as eban and tempban, how will you use these? What is the WRONG way to use these?
-Give us more of a backstory about You.
-Tell us why we should accept you and not someone else

But I strongly recommend a few little changes to remove the word 'Admin' and replace it with 'Mod'.
Most people will look past your application or not take it serious otherwise because a lot of people have said recently - 'Wow, we have a lot of Admins...'
This is because four admins are on at once, how many mods did we have on? None. Jam is the only active mod and he is doing irl things at the moment.

Okay, Charles, good app but I'd recommend you lengthen it. Chris covered what I was gonna say (ha ha you finally beat me, little Aussie) so I don't got a lot more.

As Metazard has stated, we're bit packed tight with admin. If you want to get a staff rank, shoot for Mod. Another part of this is I have vouched for people who started as an SD, and when they got admin, it didn't work how as planned. To prevent this, I am no longer going to vouch for players applying for admin without them having prior staff experience.

Like Tobi. She totally deserves admin, but should have stayed a Mod for awhile before getting Admin.
