It seems like everyone with the perm to do so loves tp'ing to me. I don't mind it so much every now and then if there is a reason but it seems like alot of the donors tp to me or other players just to mess with things. I've had donors tp to me and then rummage through all my chests and fly around my house ignoring me when I ask them to please leave. Since I am asking them to leave, nicely, is this against the rules? I really don't like it since I'm never really sure if anything is missing and I get timid when people rummage through my house because they may break something, or do something that I dont like. Since it is my claimed land and my locked chests shouldn't this be against the rules? I thought donors got the lwc commands to open chests to help, not tp to random players and look through all their things.

It's technically against the rules to tp without asking permission first. But if you tell them to leave they SHOULD leave. Who was pestering you?

It's no against the rules to tp against someone with out asking, that's just being rude - However if you tell them to go away you then they must leave at that instant, if they choose to stay then you can ask staff to tp them away for you.

If it was against the rules to tp to someone without permission why give people tp and not just Tpa?
