Wither disabled?

I wanted to fight the wither, but instead I got this.

Yep. Inspiron would rather not have the server destroyed by withers.

Last time I checked. Mob griefing was off.

All crafted mobs are disabled. No snow/iron golems, and no Withers.

You must be referring to the wither, for its rotting. However:
Snow cannot rot.
Iron cannot rot.
