Tristan006's ban appeal

I'm Tristan006, some might know me as TheReaper. And this is my ban appeal.

I've been on this server for about, 3 months or so now. And I have been having constant problems with an Admin named Emmy. She has been harassing me and my friends countless times. She had been calling one of my friends a bitch, which she had no right to do. It was vulgar and harsh but all over quite childish and could've been handled better. I was upset and decided to retaliate with what she had been doing to us for a lot longer then 3 months. (I had just joined but my friends had been here longer.) And I said many harsh things, which I do not regret and nor will apologize for. As a result she has thought about taking a break. She also said that she had been meaning to work on her problems many times before this. I just pointed out the problems in a more direct way, which I do not regret. And shortly after that was said I was banned. And I was not alone, many other people helped me and stood up with me. Many other people have been scared to say anything like this in fear of getting banned, and with good reason. So I finally said something that has been needed to be said for a long time. I do not think I should be banned for this, considering I was not alone. Nor what I said was in the wrong. Whenever someone else said anything to her they got in trouble. If anyone tried in a nicer way (Which they have many times) she would ignore it and not listen to them. So I feel like the only way was through what I did, and it worked. I do not deserve getting banned for this, and I hope the people that participated with me will also help me get un-banned.

You don't feel bad for anything you do, you just think you are being treated unfairly. After seeing what kind of harsh things you say, a lot of people have decided they never want to see you on the server again. I don't think this appeal will get you unbanned, and I don't want you unbanned but that is my opinion.

That's fair enough, but I never did anything to anyone on the server. I was simply defending me and a group of my close friends. And even if it doesn't get me un-banned. At least I voiced my opinion about the matter.

your a good player and you deserve to stay, emmy upset a lot of people that day and i understand that you have a problem with that. though im not sure i agree with what you have done in the past but if kelly trusts you i trust you. hopefully we can become more known with eachother

They weren't actually fake. He gave back the harshness he received. Anyone would do that. But I guess its 'different' because she's a beloved Admin. But disrespect is disrespect. No matter who it's coming from. And it went both ways.

And? That thin blue line is so thin, its invisible. She was going to take a break anyway. The way I see it, no harm was done. And if there is a blue line, you've certainly crossed it in multiple occasions. So you have no room to talk.

Dont compare this to suicide. That's shallow. And dramatic. Emmy could say anything she wanted to anyone. And she often did. So what he did was pretty fair how I see it. And its a good idea that she's taking a break. Some things desperately needed to change. And he was not the only one saying so.
