I'm pretty sure he has seen it. He usually waits to comment, until he it's ready to pardon you. You're still grounds for being pardoned though, because he hadn't denied it either

I'm pretty sure he has seen it. He usually waits to comment, until he it's ready to pardon you. You're still grounds for being pardoned though, because he hadn't denied it either
