New world spawn

I noticed that outside of new world spawn there is cobble and dirt towers everywhere and holes in the ground, floating trees and many other things. I think it looks kinda ugly so i want people to help me make it look prettier, but there are a few problems.
Problem #1. There are some lapis blocks.
Problem #2. People might think its griefing when im trying to make McTopia a better place.
Problem #3. Some places have diamond blocks.
Problem #4. Some buildings (No offense to some people out there) are ugly but i cant grief.

So, i want to know if anyone can help me. PEACE OUT! ~Silver

I worked a bit on it by placing grass blocks out the front.
