So sad... I just posted a huge topic on the "Staff Applications" thingy, it said it was posted but it didn't post. So ill post it here. Long story short. I really don't think there should be a Staff App Tab on the forums. I have always seen it as a popularity contest. Before this topic was made, most people on the forums dissed these posts. Some people can take these posts the wrong way and start dissing the person who is making the apps. (not going to name names) Constructive criticism is great, but think before you speak at least. People also may feel left out. People might just be doing it for compliments. But I do believe people should be seen. You shouldn't have to make an app for inspiron to notice you. If your doing a great job and you disserve it, chances are, he has already noticed you. I saw gamegraft post how there should be custom ranks for desired personnel. love this idea! We should change "staff Applications" into "Rank Ideas". So people can post what they think a new rank name could be and who would get it such as farmer, builder, lover, friend, etc. You get the gist of what im saying. What im trying to say is, I don't really like this new topic. Makes me cringe when ever I read new apps and comments to them. C: Any who... to get off topic... IM LIKE SO FREAKING HAPPY!!!! Specialized ranks would be chaos. Everyone would want one, and if they didn't get one, they'd be upset.

The staff apps are more so to show inspiron that you think you're worthy, and asking of others what you can do better. Then, as I say, he STALKS YOU :O Like santa claus. lalalala he knows when you've been naughty, he knows when you've been good, so be good for goodness sakes! Yea, pretty much like santa claus xD

I feel like this is directed (indirectly) at me, and thats ok, I understand that it was wrong to diss the posts. But my point is that people were posting them in the Trusted Section. At least now people can post them, not everyone has a valid reason to post, myself included. I am just saying that the topic is there to take away the unneeded posts, and to encourage feedback... I know it shouldn't of been needed, but as people decided to post them in the wrong topic, the topic is now there. As I always say to people that don't like something, Don't look at it!
