As I raised earlier, it should have a time limit in case of uncalled for bannings, and to also allow for ban appeals and other admin stuff. Ill add that to the must do list... Thank you guys for raising this imortant point

If thats true, this could be a great thing to happen. I have also realised the fact I haven't provided my full idea, which is

1: If someone is banned, and they don't file a ban appeal in 24 hours, their chests are unlocked (In case of Uncalled for Bannings)
2: When the protection is off, the land is 'Terra Nullius' or 'No mans Land', This land can be taken by anyone, and protected. If the original owner gets unbanned, the land, if unclaimed, can be reclaimed. If the land is claimed however, there are no rules. The original owner can do anything to try to regain the land EXCEPT griefing.
3: Chests are in this too, the protection is removed at the same time as the blocks (If any) and the chests become publicly lootable. Again, if the owner is unbanned, and the chest is (miraculously) untouched, the chest can be reclaimed. If the chest is looted, there is little to be done.
4 (This one is a hope) : The same rules apply if an unbanned player has not joined the server in 1 year, this can free up land being hogged by one time players, or people who have 'Quit' the server. This rule can also force people to play on McTopia once in a while to protect their creations.
