So far-
-Have a big conference every week or so. ~Includes all admins and mods. (Get more mods) ((Boo, Tobi, Slurpie)) (( Give mods bypass, and creative)) ~Discusses bad players ~Demoted and bans for bad grief, abuse of power Yup. GOODBYE

In hindsight I have no idea how this started, but I got a lot of things off my chest I suppose. Erm, I also think mods should have as many commands as SD. It's only logical.
