HAHA!

A furry paw shakes me awake. I cough out water and the creature stares blankly at me. I shake confusion away and stare up at the animal. I was a big, black (lol cliche) wolf with searching green eyes. leaping off the leafy ground, I back away with my small tail low. The wolf steps forward. Bump. Bump. Bump. In my weak condition, I wouldn't be able to face a wolf this size! Swatting a giant paw at me, he roughly makes me lay down. sunshine bounced off the wet green leaves and I slowly looked around to find out where I was. The sky was clear, and no sound dared to come. Blacky barked, probably meaning stay put. I sat up, and thought about why he would save me. Maybe he is nice? Naaaaah. Maybe he needs something from me? hats it! he wants something from me! Rustling leaves at the edge of the clearing told me Blacky was back. he had a scrawny gray squirrel in his jaws, hanging limp and lifeless. Yawning, I just settled down as smoke filled the air.
