whats been happening lately. That's the second time this month smh-_- it says connection refused and its happening to everyone. im just wondering if you are doing this manually or if it just happens occasionally for no reason. please answer

This is happening to me as well i hope if there is a problem we will hear about it soon -looks around to see if anyone knows- and it will be fixed soon or if its a porpuseful thing we at least can hear why

The fact is that there are no servers with 100% uptime. The server is down due to restarts and/or crashes. The server upgrade is coming VERY soon and there will be many less crashes.
