Flying carpet in PVP?

Its me Deathworlds and with many recent events of magic carpet in pvp i was wondering if that was allowed? it gives a UNFAIR advantage in pvp. and it usualy means said person wins.
I know its not on the rule bored but i think it should be.

It is not allowed unless the person you are pvping has a magic carpet and they are ok with you pvping them.
