Spam Problem

Ok well... I was hosting a game called Towny Games, its my little version of pvp with MY rules.
I told everyone that played that there would be no pvp for the first 2 days.
Unfortunately Chineseboy broke that rule. He HOMEKILLED on the 1st night. 2 things wrong. One its a homekill 2. He was edgected from the game for Breaking my Rule. Now he then came back... Somehow and rachel4526 (defending herself) kills chineseboy. Chineseboy then spams that rachel should be kicked out too. I disagree and we start an arguement. I then kicked him and told him to learn when to speak. He still spams when he gets back in.
I then jail him and /emute for 1 hour each AND guess what?!?! HE SPAM LEAVES so i then /etempban Now the purpose of my post is that someone told me not to tempban OR eban so im just saying i did this to help the server.
Lastly... i was feeling gracious so i unbaned him and unmuted him to just let him speak.
I told him to Shush about the conversation and Play as usual.
He then spams about how you shouldn't go to the mctopia website.
Chineseboy needs to be delt with.

I have had problems with chineseboy before. He should be temp-banned for a week or so.

Chineseboy didn't do anything wrong last night. When I was talking to dannysaetia, We said the word "Mom" and It reminded chinese about his mother, She died in war, then I think that was the reason why he was doing these things? Am I wrong? Or is it the solution why he did these things.

I think two things.
1- He is prob lying about having a dead mother. He lied many times to me, but, it could be true.
2-I don't think he should get special treatment.

Yeah, my parents divorced and my mom MOVED TO A DIFFERENT STATE! Now the Only way I can talk to her is actually fly on a plane to her ( which costs A LOT money ) drive down which takes three days or call her on a phone, but it's just not the same. Do I EVER get special treatment? No, I see my mother so little it is LIKE she is dead, so If that kid wants special treatment by abusing a dead mother, he ain't getting the treatment from me.
