Cant use eggs

So I tried spawning a mob that was called a horse and it didnt work. Did it get banned? I tried /butcher, then I tried again, nothing.
Is there something wrong or what cause its quite weird.
Sure blame it on the lag!!
Did you know I eat cats and beds wait what?

I am not sure that defaults have this permission, but I could be wrong.
