jye has abused his powers of jail and mute
he muted and jailed kmario for killing him. when i asked him why he said because she killed me and i didnt know she was killing me. I think he should be downgraded because he has done this many times

This just proves to me that he should have his powers removed. Ever since I first met him, over a year ago, he has been ignorant to the rules. Everytime I wanted to do something private (I was working on my then unfinished airport, then stage), guess who would just randomly appear? Jyeschur. He left for a while, and I finally was able to complete the airport.
But now he is back, and expecting everyone to bow down to him and be his little slave. I personally had a sign placed in the airport by jye, and when I asked him to remove it, he said I needed to remove a sign that I placed, on my land, about how annoying he was. He doesn't get it. Many people over the month he has been back for, have asked for him to be demoted. Every single one of them was wrongly muted or jailed by jye. This is evidence enough, that he has been a serial offender, he has been warned, and he has no respect for the McTopia rules. He only does this, because he knows he can push and push and push, and still not be demoted.
I would say that he is currently worse than 125, but thats offensive, to 125.
I therefore recommend with the most extreme and strong intention, that he lose his powers, immediately

Jye is the worst behaved person on McTopia. Comparing the two wouldn't be nice to 125, because he isn't that low anymore. If it is offensive to 125, I do apologise for the joke, it was only intended to be that, and not any personal attack. Take it as a compliment, that you aren't that bad to hang out with anymore.
