So me and doctorplenske were at a random griefed up town, killing mjo as he tpa'd to us.
Then, during the time after we killed him, but before he /tpa'd again (so mjo wasn't there), xXDerpLogicXx tp'd to us. I saw the bubbles and used /near, so I know it was him. He few around for a while, or was somewhere I couldn't see him (knew he was there with /near), until I noticed his effect wear off and him appear on top of a building, where he started to shoot at us with a bow. Apon firing back, he flew down, ungamemoded, and started fighting me and doc. Doc, having unenchanted armour, died relatively fast, luckily I got his stuff, which saved me later in the fight. The fight went on for quite a while, I broke his boots, he broke mine, we both ate apples. Like I said, I switched to docs pair of boots, which helped tremendously.
Eventually I killed him, but the fact that he killed doc and tried to kill me after tp'ing is against the rules by far.
Afterwards, he started spinning the tale of him finding us, but once we said how we near spammed /near, he quickly dropped that. Then, he claimed he tpa'd to mjo, who, at the time Derp came, was dead.
Almost forgot, at the end, Derp offered to give me a pari of fully enchanted boots and godapples, in order to not have me report. He did.
