Like what the others said don't be all cool and just put his nickname. If you want him banned we need his full username not even a letter off, banning is a big decision if we ban somebody else because you weren't precise anyone there are going to be issues. Also maybe some screenshots like what Meta said.

How is this a LOT of griefing to you. This is worth like a maxiumum of a 20 minute jail. No need for a ban also. This was only about 11 blocks.
