Can people tp to you w/o asking?

Can ranks tp to you w/o asking? Beast did it. I'm not super mad but it ticks me off. I'm working on something and he tps to me and leaves quickly b4 I could see him, but I did. He says it isn't against the rules. I thought it was a rule that ranks cant tp to people unless they ask for permission to.

i hate it aswell. cooldudoscar kept tping while I was near my house, and tried to kill me, then he teleported me to him without asking and shot me with his enchanted bow multiple times

It's not a rule, the reason they have tp is so that they don't have to ask, if it ticks you off, tell them to leave, if they don't, contact me or another staff member, take screenies if they break any rules.

They need to ask. If there is no reason to tp to someone, there is no reason for them to be there. What makes me mad is when SD's think they are big shots and don't leave after the person says to leave.

Make sure you ask for permission if you want to say hi. When they say leave, leave..
