New Kingdom terraformation

I would like to inform everyone (or at least the people who read this) that I am in the process of building a kingdom for eight people to live, and others to visit. I have selected some of the residents: Widmer_Kay, Qteeface, GameJacker, Jbcboss123, and more to be selected soon. However, I am mainly focusing on the construction part. I would like other people to help, and I am willing to go as high as 10 diamond blocks for a day (8 hours or more) of work. This includes terraforming the land to be flat, leveling mountains, chopping down forests, and filling in lakes. I will not pay full if the player is slacking to an unacceptable extent, does not work a full day, or griefs. An alternate price can be negotiated if they can not complete a full day of work. If a player is to work, I will accompany them for the whole day. If I do not come through on my end, a full refund is guaranteed (10 diamond blocks). A maximum of three people (beside myself) are allowed to work in a day. If they do insist on working, the fourth person will not be paid. I am sorry about this, but I have a limited amount of diamonds. I will construct the kingdom itself on my own, I only need help with the terraforming. Before you apply, nobody will be working until I get my internet fixed, it is extremely unreliable, sorry for the inconvenience. I will acknowledge when I get my internet fixed. Please notify me if you want to apply before terraformation begins, and a chest will be in front of Widmer_Kay's house in her village (Warp Widmervillage). I will help you with all this construction work if i can be a resident. I can just spawn diamond blocks so the pay is of no use to me.

You can be a resident if you do help, although I have been informed by Widmer_Kay that you and your cousin/cousins play under the same account, so if this is true, I will not have any protection blocks, so no griefing what so ever, no killing or PVP within the kingdom, and make everything as OCD as you can (symmetrical or nice looking) please please please do not act out. I want this kingdom to be perfect, and no offense, but you kinda have a history of doing so, so if you are going to do that (not that I'm assuming that you will) but if you do, then please not within my walls.

I have made the decision to no longer let you (GryphMyster) be a resident in my kingdom. You have acted out on many occasions, and are being rude to other players. Your behavior is something I really don't want in my kingdom. I'm sorry, but you do already have your own castle. You are not allowed to visit the castle either and are limited to 100 blocks away as the closest you can be. If you do not follow this rule, I will contact an admin. I don't want you changing the environment or annoying/killing the residents. That is all.
