Providing a section for this would make us look more professional.

Almost all minecraft servers have an off-topic section.

But we are not all minecraft servers, we are individuals, maybe if the server gets more popular, but for now, keep it be, you already had your way an got the role-play section, if you really want it, change the role play section to off topic, an have subthreads

Why would I change the role-play section...?

Role-play is about the server, it is on the server, the story is the server's story.

I got 0 negative responses when I posted the thread about getting a role-play section, if I remember correctly.

Role play isn't about the server ._.
Role play is playing the role of someone else, in the McTopia story, we played as non-minecraft related characters, you are doing so with your role play now as well.
Why won't you just get rid of the role play, have off topic as a section, then have sub-threads like Role-play, off topic etc?
Like Mob arena/Spleef/pvp arena.
It can't be connected to the main bit, it will be way to big.
