The staff was meant for me

I need staff a lot. I deserve staff because I am trustworthy, nice, I will follow the rules, and I will never grief any houses.
I will not ban or jail or kick anyone for no reason. If I get staff I will be really happy. And another thing I have never had a rank over the first rank on any server.
I am epic.

I removed everything that wasn't needed.

That doesn't really help you. Either that you never donated or you were never worthy of a higher rank.
This is what you need to include

Staff? You need staff? Why? Which rank?
Grammar
How do we know you are trustworthy
How have you helped the server (not one town or a person or two)
When did you join
Do you know the commands? Do you know how to use them?
Vocabulary! It actually makes you seem more mature
Etc etc etc.
