MOD rules?

Im not sure if there is a place to go to find mod rules. Im saying this because the rules are very confusing. MODs are trading with other players but the last time i checked they cant, MODs are tping to other players when they are not wanted. Even im very confused with the rules...
So inspiron can u please place rank rules where it is easy to find?

I think you should have it as a warp like the good o'l days. Also and admin warp would be nice cause i'm pretty shure i could find a few floor with a few of our admin buddies.
