I know, but he just went way too far this time, and unless your cousin makes an appeal, he won't get unbanned

You can do what ever you want. But once inspirons sees your post it will be deleted, and so may your account. You don't need to have an account to help him write an appeal, Skype him or go to his home. You cant just make a scene and then accept us to work with you.
