How do I change faction permissions?

I want to be able to change things like how allys can open doors in my faction etc, but the usual code for it doesnt work on mctopia. Was it somehow changed or am I just not knowing what Im doing? Usually its /perm set but it just says there is no faction or person with the name "set".

Usually when it says "perm" is not a namne, Try got /perm (Username) and see if something works
