First of all what happened to the old survival server. Also why is the 100 DOLLARS that I spent is not benefiting me. That is a lot of money to be wasted . So I think we have numerous options here. So you either refund me, give me my rank back or suffer legal consequences. You pick. I am really not happy that my MONEY is not benefiting me at all. So please report back to me as soon as possible.

First of all

When you paid the server, you accepted the Terms & Conditions that you 'DONATED' towards helping support the server.

The meaning of Donation incase you forgot is:
A donation is a gift given by physical or legal persons, typically for charitable purposes and/or to benefit a cause.

So inturn you gifted the money towards the server and you were gifted back, out of the kindness of inspirons heart you received the rank of 'SuperDonor' for you support towards the server.

Terms & Conditions of Donating to "THIS" server!
You are agreeing to donate to the development of the server "McTopia". This includes hardware upgrades, whole system upgrades, security upgrades, and software upgrades benefiting the server "McTopia". Under any circumstances you will not be able to receive a refund. If you are donating for someone other than yourself the donation cannot be removed/transferred or changed at any later time. The owner of McTopia holds the right to punish and remove the incentives you have been received by donating to the server "McTopia"

Dear Mwlm; You obviously don't know about what a "Donation" is. Another thing is if you read the "Terms and conditions" before you bought your rank you would have noted it said so:

You will never be returned a refund no matter what the condition is. Also you're a faggot nobody wants you here if you are going to complain when there is no "SuperDonor" rank anymore. Currently ranks are being implemented so I suggest you sit back or you won't even get that rank you ungrateful scum.

Also I thought I should add that 'YOUR' rank has now been outlawed by Mojang as the devs saw it as an unfair advantage for servers to be pay to win, so if you no longer have your rank it could possibly mean that Inspiron has removed your rank because of legal matters with Mojang's Terms and Conditions (EULA).

First of all, I have moved this topic in its proper forum. Second, What Mcmanway1 said is correct, and you are making yourself look like a fool (to put it nicely) by ranting on about something you know absolutely nothing about. Before you make assumptions (such as the old server never coming back), you should do some research to make sure what you're saying is true. And yes, the old server will be coming back 100% by next week if not earlier. Obviously you have no idea what is going on behind the scenes, and have no idea how long it takes to transfer over 100GB of files and databases that need to be configured. I know you are just a young fellow, but acting like this in the future will not get you anywhere. My first reactions were to just ban you from everything on the spot, however I realize everyone makes mistakes.
