Donation Ban?

Last night I purchased VIP-Obsydian, but when I logged in to to try it out I was banned! A day before, there was a server restart, and I didn't log in afterwards. If I was banned when I donated, I didn't know it. I have no idea why I would be banned. Is this a glitch?

You can appeal to get unbanned

Thanks! I just created a forum account to figure this out, so I didn't know where to look to see why I was banned. I've make an appeal.
