New Ranks

It has come to my attention that there are new ranks, but i have a question. If you paid any amount of money, can we request a rank change? like im VIP-Obsidian and i would request to have a new rank exactly like vip obsidian just with a different title, because i already paid 60$? if you didnt understand that you can msg me to explain more.
