People don't like empty servers, thus, people join when the amount of people online is closer to the limit

I don't like when to muh people are on, 7 close friends are enouhjt to me, like a good time with Matt and such.

It has nothing to do with hardware changes, why have 80 slots when we never have 80 people on at once?
