Why cant i use /enchant as i am VIP+?

as i got the rank VIP+ today (03/08/2013) i was not happy because i couldnt enchant my armour,
please could you allow me to have all the /enchant commands

/enchant is gone. Has been gone for a few months.

Just warned inspiron about it . He either removed it and forgot to take it off the donor commands, or its a bug.
