Who was the person who advertised? Also did you even ask someone to jail him? Last of all you are right advertising is a ban, but in order to ban we have to know who it is.

I took a screenie of it and I tried to post it but it said the screenie was too big...
and novastorm is correct I saw him say the ip of a server.
