You can ask AheadJeffrey if you want proof of this... Westerndeep tried to kill me than I killed him and got his stuff. I warped away and than he tried to fly pvp me. than i go to my home and he continues hitting me but in god mode! Than he threatens to jail me if I don't give his stuff. two words : JAIL HIM!

Pvp is disabled when you are in god mode. Hand to hand God mode pvp is not possible.
