PS: I know home attack isn't a rule but he was home attacking me so he needs to learn the rules. When i said Tp kill, he said he didn't kill me in my home. So i had to tell him what tp kill was. He needs to go to /warp info !!

yeah...if no1 died then no rule was technically broken...home attack is not jailable, nor is it fair to jail someone to teach them a lesson.

There was this person that kept saying that he learned the rules but I said "Read it again" next thing you know it, he says "done" once again.
So I've told him to read it repeatedly and he came out with the same answer.
He ANNOYED me so...I wanted him to go to /warp rules. NOTHING HAPPENED.
So what I'm saying is that the person I jailed and rejailed just wanted attention.

thats a matter of opinion. I would jail for home-attack, with intentions to kill. I've asked the Big Man up above (inspiron lives in a state above me xD) and he answered like this.

Paraphrased: *If i went to your house, and and you hit me, its ok, since trespassing is illegal. If i socked you back, I would get in trouble. So, if that rule applies in real life, i am applying it to my server.*

if i witness a home-attack, i will jail. It's a form of trespassing, and a violation of respect.

I once was trying to kill lord_nick and he started digging this hole, i was like xD wtf, Then he killed me and said Mcman why did you try to minekill >.< >.<
