I NEED HELP!

Ok. i went to the store and bought a Visa Gift Card (debit). it has a valid card code. when i try to donate as a guest paypal and enter information. it says incorrect info because my card doesnt have a name on it. i entered my info and even my mom's and it didn't work! i need some help.
plz reply to this post to help ;(

P.S: it says my paypal account is limited and says i need to enter proof of freaking social security number. can anyone help me with that too. so it doesnt do that

lol. same but i think if you use a visa gift card, your supposed to give signing informatio. whoever made the card, shouldve gave there info

i tryed to use an american express card also. same thing happened. and i bought it at a CVS so it wasnt really made

You might need a bank account connected to your paypal account.
