Homekill?

I was with lilkid and mini and they were fighting with blogic. They had a small tunnel in their home. They wer in it when blogic killed them. Should i consider this homekill or not?

I doubt logic knew it was a mine/home kill.
I suggest demanded all of the items back, and no jail. If the person doesn't know it was a mine, then I'd go easy on them. Just make sure they get ALL of their items back. GOODBYE |
