Diamond Block Trapping

I've noticed that people tp to you or tp accept then place a diamond block
 when they do this u get stuck and cant move or tp away. this is not fair because its a free kill and u cant do anything about it

The rule is, if you place a diamond block not near your structure, you will be jailed. This is against the rules

to slove your being stuck log out when you log back in you have been pushed out the field giving you a chance to tp away or home.
