That was Bukkit, Bukkit no longer exists due to the lead dev stopping development & Copyright shutting down the downloads area of the server-API. Until a new one that supports old Bukkit plugins is released their is no point moving back to that old server until a New API is released that allows old bukkit plugins to function on it.

I think Icetea meant if there will still be the three worlds and all the cities. Also, are we having a fresh start?

From my knowledge all the previous worlds will be returning, and it is highly likely that the current server files will transfer as well.
