So when I was unbanned I got demoted is it a punishment? I dont mind buying SD again but it might take a few months

You won't be getting your rank back for free, and I suggest that you don't donate again until after you prove you are responsible enough to actually use it. No sense in donating if you get banned for abusing again.

Your rank was not taken away as "punishment". When you don't follow the rules of the server, your agreement is broken, therefore your perks are stripped.
