I have a couple questions!

I know I will get some hate comments and some good comments (mostly hate will be from the admins) but I was just wondering. Any suggestions about how long until I need to ask again

I would like to be your friend " title="Smile">, I am not sure about mod, To be more mature, use correct grammar and try to say more sophisticated, if you will, words and try not to shorten words (For Example: Instead of bc say because). And you are not mean, but sometimes you can get a tiny bit snappy.

2. You don't seem outright mean, but you don't exactly deal with problems or conflicts very well either.
3. Friend isn't supposed to be a technical title that creates a relationship between two people. Be friendly and helpful to other players, and you'll make friends quickly.
4. What is really keeping you from being nicer and more mature right now is how reactive you are. Whenever you're in conflict with anyone or anything, you rarely just drop the topic and move on or deal with it in a productive manner. For instance, after being treated unfairly in a Skype call, you responded with not only caps and kicking people on the server, but a forums post which, while correct in many of it's statements, was in tone very whiny and got you very little respect.
You easily could've said the same thing with more moderate phrases, for instance
"I feel like bullying on the server is preventing some players from enjoying McTopia" still addresses the issue, but without the rage, indignation, and limited scope of the way it's currently written. It decreases the chance that your post will be written off as "some kid raging," and is more likely to get the issue dealt with.

More, since I just read your response to Mcman on his jail post for you:
1. It starts with "OH MY GOD." which brings up being over reactive.
2. You confirm that you did both of the things you were jailed for, but attempt to explain why you did them and why you feel you shouldn't be jailed for them with details that are, quite frankly, false.
3. Also, it's hardly fair for you to complain that Mcman was unable to tell you why you were jailed when you had him ignored and he made attempts by having others (me) tell you. It's also hardly worth noting that you were afk when jailed seeing as how you were jailed as soon as there was someone to deal with the problem. It's not as if jailing is a magical punishment that occurs when you do something wrong, someone has to jail you, and if there wasn't someone to do that right when you muted Qtee, then there's going to be a delay. The point is quite literally irrelevant and does not justify caps.
4. The post contains 4 instances of caps, all of which contribute to the impression that you're just raging because you were jailed.

If you read through Cori's post, it contains very high levels of maturity. It is a great example of being mature. Keep that in mind.

I agree, the feedback received on the forums is a mixed bag, some excellent, some not so great. I also know I'm a meanie poo with no fun and a severe case of butthurt whiny 'listen to my opinion' syndrome. But thats just me.

DO NOT group my grumpiness with the rest of the respectfully honest, but 100% kind, caring and beautiful staff. They are not me. THEY ARE NOT ME. They are all really great people, I think I am too, but you may disagree.

I was actually going to write something nice, but since you insist on insulting the people you probably want to impress the most, you are not getting it. Epic_Dude's feedback is good, Cori's feedback is great, but who are going to be the people who recommend you for staff positions? The same Admins and Mod's you just insulted.

Also, look at the feedback here? Let's look at some stats:
Total number of 'negative' feedback comments - 3
Total number of 'constructive feedback' comments - 4
Total number of Admins who have responded - 0

Have a think about how you throw around opinion. Everything I type is either blatant sarcasm, blatant fact, or opinion backed up by evidence/fact. Your evidence of your claim that Admins compose the majority of hateful/negative comments on topics is based solely on one staff member, who isn't even an Admin. Yes I'm cruel, but by typing the things I think, you get the brutal truth, not a round the bush fakery job. I'd rather let you know what you can fix, rather than give you something you might feel good about, but doesn't actually help you.

Please keep this lesson in mind before you write potentially hurtful jabs at people. It's not mature.
