I know you're concerned about your sister, and we're trying to figure it out. I've been scouring the forums looking for a post explaining the ban. You and your sister have caused a lot of trouble in the past, and it's been forgiven, but I promise we're trying to figure it out. I went on a few days ago and poked around, but I still couldn't find a reason for ban. So trust me, we're trying, so just chill a little. I promise we'll find out.
