Lord is smart, He knows where the rules are, but mostly, he stays just in the right. Shooting arrows in the air in a town is an example. He could hurt someone, but what rule is he breaking? unless we are really specific in the rule system, nick can still get away with it
With the comment that nobody cares: Everybody cares, and everybody knows. But his tricks are not worth the time when you hear someone complaining about it the 5th time he does it. He 'rustles jimmies' to put in better words. he is a troll, untouchable and indefatigable in his work.
And what about McMan and Matt? Complain about them too if you want this to be fair
