Hey guys it's mwlm here I was banned for saying the f-word a couple times by spamgaurd. I will never use profainity again I am deeply sorry . Also I am also sorry for saying it multiple times. Please forgive me.

Well, make it longer than 2 sentences. Take a look at other appeals, but don't copy completely.
