I talked to inspiron about it last week. He said he doesn't feel that it's a big deal that staff, and SD don't have /epardon... I'll talk to him again.

I don't know who banned him but it was for a good reason what happened was sergant was pvping in a no pvp town with kill aura then i shot him to death with my bow outside the town. Once he was dead he wnentinto the public mine I followed him then he and his friend said they saw me when I was sneaking. He then said he was behind me but he wasn't he really was 60 blocks away using freecam I know he was hacking because he asks he was and said I could do nothing about it

Once again, bad first impressions. I did not read any of the rules or follow any typical minecraft rules and I am sorry for that. I did not know the town didn't allow PvP and I am sorry for that as well. You are actually one of the reasons I went insane on this server because I couldn't do anything without you murdering me for nothing. Really? A new guy comes on and the first thing you think is, "Hmm, a new guy on the server, bett er keep teleporting to him and killing him for no apparent reason." Honestly, what do you expect, Sackboy was claiming he was the admin of the server, and I thought it was going to be awful because he wouldn't follow his own rules as an admin (what I thought at the time) and constantly being killed by the same guy for no reason whatsoever and not given the chance to do anything. (For example when I was mining with a few friends you just tunneled your way to us and started killing us, and how did you know EXACTLY where to mine to us, sounds like x-ray) Honestly, I had every reason to think that it was a bad server at the time. But now since a few friends showed me the good side of the server, I think this can be the cure to my boredom. My apologies though for what I did in the past, and I do not have any reason to do that again.
