Glitched MCMMO?

So recently, I have been having trouble advancing levels and gaining experience within MCMMO. I first noticed this when I was training my Unarmed skill. I usually get a level every 5-6 Endermen I kill, but recently I've been killing large amounts (upwards of 60-70 Enderman) without getting a single level. I realize the levels get harder as you get higher, but I really don't think that's the case here. Whether it's due to the changes that have been happening, or some weird glitch, it is kind of annoying.

Any help you guys have would be great, thanks!

Lol I think a looong time ago I made an account with my IGN, but I forgot the password, and I've changed Emails since then (It was hacked )
