I was wondering when you could update the server. I really want to play online and see my friends. Also, when will i be trusted? I have registered and i have waited for about 3 weeks. When will i rank up?

The server will update when craftbukkit updates.

Yeah, the server can't just update. You have to wait for another program called craftbukkit to update for multiplayer to work.
