i seen when i mine with silketourch on a dia ore i cant place the block again but when coal,redstone i can it make me little weird because it will be fun if there can sets dia ores so can there be saved a dia ore in 1

It's not a bug. Before enchantments came out, it was impossible to Obtain diamond ore. So our essentials plugin made it so no one can place it. Obviously now it is obtainable. So I might think about changing it.
